Role Description The Senior Sales and Procurement Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, negotiating terms, issuing purchase orders, and monitoring delivery performance. The role includes overseeing purchasing processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards. On a day-to-day basis, the executive will engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders, analyze purchasing data, prepare reports, and contribute to cost-optimization initiatives. The role also involves supporting sales activities by coordinating with clients, preparing quotations, and aligning procurement plans with customer requirements and organizational goals. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchasing Processes and Purchase Management, with experience managing end-to-end procurement cycles. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Purchase Orders, including creation, tracking, and documentation in relevant systems. Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, compare supplier offers, and support cost-effective decisions. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, internal teams, and clients. Experience in aviation, logistics, or industrial sectors is highly beneficial. Proven track record in vendor negotiation, relationship management, and contract administration is preferred.
