LOTS is a subsidiary of CP Axtra Public Company Limited, Thailands leading modern grocery operator and wholesaler for professional business operators. Through our cash and carry stores in India, we focus on meeting our business customers needs and ensuring satisfaction through the provision of a wide range of products to our registered business members that include retailers, hotels, restaurants, catering businesses, service business operators etc. through 4 physical stores in north India and a digital store.
Position: Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer HORECA
As a Sales Officer/Senior Sales Officer - HORECA, youll be at the forefront of customer engagement building strong connections, identifying opportunities, and creating tailored food service solutions for our HORECA customers.
What Youll Do:
Develop and grow the HORECA customer base in your region.
Build long-term customer relationships through regular visits and influence their buying decisions.
Drive sales of high-margin categories and products.
Bring new customers on board and help them discover LOTS.
Gather market intelligence and share insights with stakeholders.
Be the customer champion understanding their needs and sharing insights with our teams.
Keep reports, data, and MIS updated
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and positivity.
What Youll Need:
Graduate in any field.
2-3 years experience in HORECA or field sales (preferred).
Must Have: A two-wheeler
Personal Attributes:
Accountable & responsible
Resilient and adaptable
Culinary knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical and persuasion skills
