01Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Request).
- Build and customize Service Portal widgets and pages.
- Create and support REST/SOAP integrations and API-based workflows.
- Automate processes using Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
- Lead requirement discussions and prepare technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues and support platform improvements.

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, Integrations, and Service Portal.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience with workflows, Catalog Items, and CMDB.
- Positive communication and client-handling skills.
- ServiceNow certifications preferred. .
