About the Role: We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow App Engine (Creator Workflows) and IT Asset Management (ITAM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing custom applications and ITAM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine (Creator Workflows) Configure and implement ITAM modules, including: Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Software Asset Management (SAM / SAM Pro) Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes Create and manage custom tables, forms, reports, and dashboards Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Ensure best practices related to performance, security, and scalability Support platform upgrades, patching, and enhancements Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to App Engine and ITAM Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine / Creator Workflows Proven experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) implementations Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Good to Have ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Top Benefits and Perks: As a Binmillier, youll enjoy: Opportunity to work with the Leadership team Health Insurance Flexible working structure Binmile is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
