Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow application development, platform customization, integrations, and Financial Services Operations (FSO). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable custom applications, automating business processes, integrating enterprise applications, and delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices.
The candidate must possess excellent knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, Service Portal development, REST APIs, and data migration, along with exposure to Financial Services workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio.
Develop and enhance Custom Applications based on business requirements.
Configure and implement Financial Services Operations (FSO) modules and related workflows.

Develop reusable server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript.

Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance.

Prepare technical design documents and deployment documentation.
Support deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
