Were looking for an experienced creative, commercially minded Social Media Manager to join our social media team and help grow the brand globally.
Nanobag (www.nanobag.com) makes ultralight, extremely compact reusable bags and sells to customers around the world.
We're looking for someone who understands how modern D2C brands grow on social media. You should be comfortable developing ideas, creating and coordinating content, spotting trends, engaging with our community, and turning our products and customer stories into content people actually want to watch and share.
What You'll Do
Manage Instagram and Facebook and other relevant channels
Develop and manage our social media strategy and content calendar
Create and publish short-form videos, images, carousels, Stories, and other content
Develop strong hooks, concepts, captions, and scripts
Identify trends and quickly turn them into relevant Nanobag content
Coordinate content with designers, editors, creators, and our internal team
Engage with our community through comments and DMs
Track performance and continuously improve our content strategy
Identify successful content that could also work as paid advertising
What We're Looking For
Experience managing social media for a D2C, ecommerce, consumer, or lifestyle brand
Robust understanding of visual language and short-form video
Strong creative instincts and excellent written English
Ability to create or edit content independently
Understanding of social media analytics and what drives reach, engagement, and sales
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Experience with UGC, influencer marketing, email marketing, Meta Partnership Ads, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or paid social is a plus.
