01Key Responsibilities
- Navigate technology stack including Scala, Spark, Python, Hadoop, Kubeflow, SQL, S3, etc.- Enhance scalability, stability, accuracy, speed, and efficiency of existing data systems- Design, develop, test, and deploy new libraries, frameworks, or systems while maintaining high standards of testing and code quality- Collaborate with experienced engineers and product owners to automate large-scale data management and analysis tasksQualifications:- 4 years of experience in software and data engineering- Expertise in Apache Spark and JVM, with proficiency in Java or Scala- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting production issues- Knowledge of data architecture principles and Big Data technologies- Proficiency in SQL and analytical problem-solving- Linux systems administration skillsPreferred Qualifications:- Experience in Data Infrastructure or Data Platform teams- Familiarity with Open-source products and big data ecosystemsAgoda is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
