Key Responsibilities
**
- Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, performance issues, and application failures.
- Develop Python scripts for automation, monitoring, and operational tasks.
- Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build and deployment processes.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Work closely with DevOps, development, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor applications and ensure system stability and uptime.

Qualifications Required
**
- Strong Python scripting experience.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitLab CI / similar).
- Experience in production support and incident management.
- Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
- Familiarity with Git and deployment pipelines.
**Preferred Skills (Good to Have):**
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis.
- Basic SQL/database troubleshooting knowledge.
