Senior Software Engineer - AI-First Delivery Remote 6 months CONTRACT Senior Software Engineer is required to join an exciting AI-first engineering environment, where modern AI development tools are part of the everyday software development workflow. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who is not just experimenting with AI but is already building software using AI-native development environments such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex. What we're looking for 7+ years of software engineering experience, ideally at Senior Engineer level or above.Strong hands-on coding and software engineering experience.Proven experience using AI-native development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex.Experience can come from commercial work or personal/side projects.A strong understanding of how to build systems and workflows around AI tooling, rather than simply using AI for occasional coding assistance.Someone who can demonstrate how they use AI to improve development workflows, automate tasks, accelerate delivery and build better software.Strong engineering fundamentals, including software design, testing, debugging and maintainable code. What will make you stand out We're particularly interested in engineers who are genuinely AI-native.We want to see evidence that you've moved beyond simply prompting an AI tool to write code and are instead building repeatable workflows, systems and processes around AI development tools.For example, experience with agentic workflows, automated development processes, AI-assisted testing, reusable tooling or integrating AI into your wider engineering workflow would be highly valuable.
