01Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce development teams across multiple projects and initiativesProvide technical direction, architecture guidance, and code review oversightDesign and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQDevelop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce FlowCollaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business goalsDrive best practices for Salesforce development, governance, and deploymentMentor and coach junior and mid-level developersOwn end-to-end delivery lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deploymentLead and manage integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware platformsEnsure performance optimization, scalability, and system securityParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverablesConduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and quality practicesImplement CI/CD pipelines and support release and deployment processesIdentify technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutionMaintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with enterprise standardsComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (16+ years of formal education)Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory)Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (mandatory)Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory)6+ years of Salesforce development experience2+ years of experience in a Salesforce Technical Lead roleHands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce FlowExperience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware toolsExperience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps)Solid expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ)Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security modelFamiliarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices (Git, Jenkins, Copado, etc.)Proven solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skillsProven excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to mentor and guide development teams
