Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale AI-powered and cloud-native solutionsDrive adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI/ML platforms, and automation capabilities across the organizationDefine technical strategy, architecture standards, and engineering best practices for scalable, secure, and resilient systemsArchitect and optimize solutions leveraging Azure Public Cloud services and modern platform engineering principlesLead cross-functional initiatives involving software engineering, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and DevSecOpsMentor engineers and influence technical direction through architecture reviews, innovation, and engineering excellenceDrive operational excellence through automation, observability, reliability engineering, and continuous improvementCollaborate with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into technology solutionsComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Bachelor's degree in Computer science or similar field10+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated architecture and technical leadership responsibilitiesDeep experience with Azure Public Cloud, cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale CI/CD, DevSecOps, and platform engineering solutionsSolid expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and AI platform developmentAdvanced proficiency in Python, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, and distributed systemsProven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and influence architecture decisions across multiple teamsSolid communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
