01Responsibilities
Compare and reconcile bank statements with the companys accounting records to identify discrepancies. Ensure all transactions recorded in the financial system match the bank statements. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between the bank statements and the companys financial records. Maintain detailed reports of reconciled and unreconciled differences for internal and external audits Ensure that all financial transactions have been properly accounted for and in the correct general ledger account. Prepare and post journal entries to correct discrepancies and adjust financial records. Experience in dealing with deadlines. Preparing and posting different types of journal entries (Accruals and provisions) into the SAP system and email confirmation with the document number to the sender. Experience Skills : Accounting degree with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an accountant or in a specific process. Good knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and you can apply them correctly. Proficiency in Excel & Detailed- oriented. Effective communication skills Desirable: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ERP system experience is required SAP is strongly preferred but not mandatory. Strong control mindset, with experience identifying process risks, improving reconciliations and supporting timely issue resolution during close Experience using automation, reporting or data tools, such as Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate or similar, to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Experience in Finance Shared Services for a global company is a strong plus.
