Key Responsibilities
- Monitor smooth service delivery for global clients
- Work towards process improvement and automation opportunities to achieve financial targets
- Provide support for new service/product enhancements and developments
- Manage Service Director Dashboard/MIS and create executive summaries/Financial Management reports
- Handle general administration tasks such as KPI/KRI reporting, due diligence preparation, and client queries regarding NEXEN
Qualifications Required
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the investment banking industry
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Knowledge about systems, their logic, and interaction
- Proactive, focused attitude towards work and ability to meet stringent deadlines
- Experience in interacting with global clients preferred
- Adherence to internal control, reporting, and compliance guidelines
