Senior Specialist- Model Risk Analytics, AI/ML
Were seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join our Model Risk Analytics, AI & Solutions team within Risk & Compliance . This role is located in Pune .
In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:
Design and build AI/ML and GenAI solutions that transform model risk processes.
Develop digital employees and intelligent automation to streamline validation, monitoring, and reporting.
Apply advanced techniquesLLMs, NLP, predictive modelingto elevate decision-making.
Partner with risk, compliance, and tech teams to integrate AI into enterprise workflows.
Translate complex data and model insights into clear business recommendations.
To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:
Solid hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks, and LLM/GenAI tooling.
Solid understanding of the ML lifecycle; exposure to model risk or governance is a plus.
Ability to solve ambiguous problems with scalable, creative solutions.
Clear communicator who can influence cross-functional partners.
Curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to experiment with recent AI capabilities.
Masters Degree in a quantitative discipline, including engineering, mathematics, physics, statistics, econometrics. .
