Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Sales Specialist who is target-driven and experienced in real estate sales.
This is an Individual Contributor role.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through referrals, digital platforms, and other sources.
Meet clients and understand their property requirements.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Follow up with clients and convert leads into sales.
Negotiate with clients and close deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve individual sales targets.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales.
Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
Strong experience in client handling, negotiation, and closing.
Team handling or mentoring experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
