Senior Specialist - Software Engineering (AS400)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AS400 Developer with 8+ years of experience in AS400 development and enhancement projects. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in AS400, ILE COBOL, RPGLE, Free Format RPG, CL/CLLE and SQL on DB2.

Domain Experience:
BFSI experience is mandatory. Candidates with experience in Investment Instruments such as Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds, ETFs and Corporate Actions will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of AS400 concepts including DBU, WRKQRY, Subfiles, Jobs and Job Descriptions.
• Experience in AS400 interface applications and integration projects.
• Exposure to Web Services, APIs, XML and JSON.
• Strong understanding of unit testing and defect-free releases.
• Knowledge of Change Management tools and Turnover is an added advantage.
