Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

Location: PAN INDIA Experience: 711 Years About The Role We are looking for a Lead Business System Analyst with around 8 years of experience to support the development of an enterprise Snowflake data platform. The role focuses on requirements analysis, data-driven solution design, and collaboration with business, data engineering, product, and QA teams within an Agile environment. Job Description The role involves acting as a data subject matter expert for the new data platform and working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand, document, and translate data requirements into actionable development stories and tasks. The candidate will facilitate requirements workshops and interviews, demonstrate system prototypes, support prioritization of business requirements, and contribute to solution design. The role also involves supporting QA activities and ensuring that delivered changes meet business and data requirements. The position requires experience in business analysis, data lineage, Enterprise Data Warehousing, Agile delivery, and the London Market Insurance domain. Key Responsibilities Act as a data SME for the enterprise data platform and support business and IT users.Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.Translate approved requirements into user stories and development tasks.Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and other elicitation sessions.Define and analyze data lineage from source systems to the Enterprise Data Warehouse.Work with technical teams to support effective and innovative solution design.Conduct system prototype demonstrations to validate requirements.Collaborate with QA and Product teams on testing and requirements prioritization.
