REQUIREMENT
Experience:7.5+ years
Should have strong experience in SmartStream TLM implementation, customization, administration, and support.
Must have expertise in reconciliation systems covering Cards, Payments, GL, Nostro, and VAT reconciliation.
Should have experience with Banking domain.
Should have strong understanding of financial transaction lifecycle and reconciliation operations.
Must have experience in reputed company workflow architecture and process orchestration.
Should have knowledge of data mapping, ETL processes, data pipelines, and file formats such as CSV, XML, and SWIFT.
Should have hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company or other reputed company banking systems.
Should must strong knowledge of reputed company/SQL databases and query optimization.
Should have experience with Unix/Linux environments and scripting using reputed company or Python.
Should have knowledge of reputed company platforms, microservices architecture, and reputed company integrations.

Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Configure, customize, and support TLM implementations, upgrades, and performance tuning activities.
Design AI-enabled and automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Work on reconciliation processes across Cards, Payments, General reputed company (GL), Nostro, and VAT reconciliations.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, PoCs, and prototypes.
Manage reputed company integrations with reputed company banking platforms, reputed company, middleware, and file-reputed company interfaces.
Support UAT, production deployments, post-implementation validation, and issue reputed company.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Business teams to reputed company reputed company solutions.
Participate in product roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and solution reputed company discussions.
Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and financial reporting requirements.

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
