What Youll Do: As a Sr. Supply Chain Automation Developer, youll build and deploy automations, apps, and analytics that drive immediate business value. Youll work in fast-paced sprints to deliver prototypes and iterate on solutions that streamline operations, reduce waste, and scale decision-making. Youll sit at the intersection of process and tech, solving pain points through elegant, user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and build low-code/no-code applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)Rapidly prototype solutions to address operational bottlenecks using Python, SQL, and AI tools where applicableModel, transform, and integrate supply chain data to enable smart automation and decision supportFocus deeply on UI/UX to ensure adoption and usability of solutionsCollaborate closely with process engineers and SMEs to understand business context and iterate solutions Ideal Profile Creative problem solver who adapts quickly and loves shipping fast, high-quality solutionsDeep experience in technical development, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code platformsExcellent communication skills with an ability to align technical output to business needsEnjoys navigating ambiguity and solving messy real-world operational challenges Preferred Qualifications 15+ years experience building digital solutions in supply chain, operations, IT, or consulting environmentsProven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools, forms development, and Python/SQLExperience applying AI in process automation (e.g. GPT prompts, document parsing, chatbots, etc.)Strong UI/UX sensibilitiesBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience Why Join Us This is a role where youll ship visible solutions fast, improve how hundreds of people work, and directly shape how the CoE delivers value to the business.
