Role Description The Senior System Engineer role at Kapxha Dynamics is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable systems and infrastructure to support business operations and technology initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include system configuration, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and security. The Senior System Engineer will also provide advanced technical support, lead system upgrades and migrations, document architectures and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of system engineering practices. Qualification Matrix: Programming & Frameworks C++ (11/14/17): Performance-critical, real-time and autonomy modulesPython 3.x: System orchestration, tooling, ML pipelines and automationOpenCV (3.4+/4.x): Image processing, feature extraction, tracking and vision pipelinesAutonomy & UAV Systems Strong understanding of ArduPilot internals, including GUIDED, AUTO and RTL modes, parameter tuning, EKF/pose estimation, failsafes and mission commandsMAVLink: Telemetry, message handling, mission planning/upload, vehicle commands and programmatic guidanceExperience with pymavlink, MAVSDK, DroneKit or equivalent UAV communication librariesComputer Vision & Edge AI Deployment of neural networks on NVIDIA Jetson using TensorRT/ONNXModel optimization including quantization, pruning and real-time latency optimizationPractical knowledge of YOLO, SSD, Faster R-CNN, SORT/DeepSORT and related perception pipelinesCamera calibration, depth estimation, coordinate transformations and reprojectionEmbedded & Communication Systems Hands-on experience with UART/Serial, IC, SPI, CAN, PWM, SBUS/PPMUnderstanding of radio/telemetry systems, bandwidth, latency, packet loss and communication reliabilityExperience interfacing companion computers with flight controllers and peripheral systemsAlgorithms & Autonomous Systems Fundamentals of PID control, state estimation, guidance and waypoint navigationBehaviour Trees and Finite State Machines for autonomous decision-makingUnderstanding of multi-agent and swarm algorithms, including flocking, consensus, leader election, collision avoidance and distributed task allocationSimulation, Testing & Engineering Experience with ArduPilot SITL/HITL and simulation-based testingUnit and integration testing using GTest/PyTestStrong Git and CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or equivalentProfiling, debugging and real-time performance optimizationAbility to analyse telemetry, flight logs and structured datasets using CSV/Parquet or equivalent tools Joining: Immediate / Within 15 days preferred Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Experience: 25 years in robotics, UAVs, autonomous systems, computer vision or related fields Compensation: Depending on experience, technical depth and fit Joining Date: Candidates available to join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred. .
