Senior Team Member Data Privacy

The role is responsible for managing and driving organizations data privacy governance, process reviews, PPAC coordination, regulatory compliance tracking, and cross-functional stakeholder management. The position acts as a key SPOC to the DPO office and oversees PPAC coordination and process governance across business units. The role requires strong processmanagement capability, attention to detail, and crossfunctional stakeholder engagement to ensure timely and accurate closure of compliance obligations. Key Responsibilities Lead data privacy governance activities, ensuring adherence to applicable privacy regulations and internal policies.Act as SPOC to the DPO office for privacy assessments & any clarifications.Manage PPAC coordination, including documentation review, dependency tracking, escalation, and closure of action items.Track regulatory compliance requirements, maintain dashboards, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to drive alignment and address observations. Required Skills & Competencies Working knowledge of data privacy concepts, Proven experience in process management, process mapping, and operational governance.Ability to critically review documents, identify gaps, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.Excellent stakeholdermanagement and coordination skillsHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and structured approach to tracking and closing open items.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under tight timelines.Proficiency in MS Office tools. Experience: 3-7 years experience in process governance, compliance, risk & audit management, or related roles. Prior experience in reviewing PPAC notes or working knowledge of with DPDP would be preferred. Education: Bachelors degree in law, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. .
