We at Dexian India reviewing your profile for a Senior Technical Analyst - Mainframe Operations with Hands- on 7 years of experience in CA7 Console, Mainframe Operations, Command Center Operations, Batch & Console Monitoring, IPL (Initial Program Load) exposure, Mainframe Batch Jobs Monitoring, and operational support experience. Role Description: Senior Consultant - Technology Operations Center Mainframe Operations Key Responsibilities : Excellent written and oral communications, phone etiquette, and soft skills. Core responsibility is to Lead, Monitor and report IT Applications, System issues to Application team and Business proactively. Has good working experience of Mainframe Operations, CA7 console. Understanding of Command Center Operations. Good working knowledge of IT Infrastructure, IT Application Monitoring tools, track anomalies to relevant stakeholders. Clear understanding of Technical concepts and has working knowledge of troubleshooting and analysis of network, applications, systems, and device issues. Should have knowledge to be able to guide all team members in all aspects of teams' operations and problem solve. Pursue follow-ups in a collaborative manner with partners. And lead and direct the work of others as an informal technical leader. Thorough investigation of issues and appropriate documentation and escalation, if needed. Should work as a team player, shows initiative, and has a strong desire to share knowledge with others. Maintains high quality of work; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Event Management. Suggest or implement improvements to team processes and procedures. Skills & Experience: Good understanding of the Command Center Operations, Mainframe Operations, CA7, Control M, Balancing and Scheduling, Java, Elastic search and Kibana: Application health, system availability, latency, performance, and end-to-end monitoring. Previous experience monitoring and troubleshooting critical systems. Working knowledge of any 5 of this software: Mainframe, Dynatrace, Tivoli, SolarWinds, Meraki, SCOM, ServiceNow. Education: Graduate bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) Preferred certifications: Any Monitoring tool certifications.
