Job Description
Strategic Architectural LeadershipDefine, refine, and own the overall architectural vision for the ServiceNow platform in IT, including active lead in the end-to-end design decision for transformation program(Potentially) Assist in shaping and influencing the broader enterprise technology strategy by representing the ServiceNow platform in governance boards or steering committeesCollaborate with transformation program to validate the migration roadmaps, milestones, and success criteriaMitigate technical risks by identifying potential roadblocks and developing contingency plansDevelop measurable KPIs and metrics to track performance of the platform
Technical Governance and StandardsEstablish and maintain architectural principles, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency, performance, and securityOversee end-to-end solution design and integration with peripheral systems, ensuring alignment with overall enterprise architecture and compliance requirementsPartner with security and compliance teams to proactively address data privacy, regulatory adherence, and cyber risks in solution designsChampion best practices, code quality, and DevOps approaches across all ServiceNow implementation and release processesBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Solution, Technical and Platform ArchitectsProvide guidance and thought leadership to cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, analysts, project managers)
Required Qualifications
Technical15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, or technical leadership rolesDeep expertise in ServiceNow (platform administration, architecture, design) with at least 5 years in a leadership capacityDemonstrable experience with various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, GRC, HRSD), including the ability to integrate these modules into a coherent, future-ready platform architecture(Plus) Proven track record in driving large-scale, complex technology transformations, ideally involving ServiceNow or similar platformsSoft Skillsstakeholder management, and team-building skills; ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teamsStrong communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to executives, business partners, and solutioning teams/ partnersAdept at conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus-building in a matrixed or highly complex environmentFamiliarity with basic AI tools is considered an advantage.
