Senior Telecaller

Job Summary

Arudra Crop is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic *Senior Telecaller* to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in *Hindi*, and have prior experience in telecalling or telesales. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, generating leads, and achieving daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
* Explain the company's products and services effectively.
* Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
* Follow up with customers regularly and maintain strong relationships.
* Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
* Maintain call records and update customer details in the CRM.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Guide and support junior telecallers when required.

Eligibility

* Experience: *25 years* in Telecalling/Telesales.
* Education: Any Graduate or Diploma.
* *Hindi OR Kannada is Mandatory.*
* Good communication skills in *Hindi OR Kannada, Tamil, and basic English*.
* Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
