Were looking for a Senior UI Designer to own and define the visual identity and UI language for our app. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting a cohesive, scalable, and delightful design system that elevates the user experience. You will work closely with product designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure consistency, usability, and innovation in every UI element.
Responsibilities
Define & establish the visual direction and UI language for our app.
Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure visual and functional consistency.
Craft high-fidelity UI designs that strike a balance between aesthetics and usability.
Design micro-interactions and animations to enhance user experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product designers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement UI solutions seamlessly.
Continuously refine and evolve the UI based on user feedback, design trends, and industry best practices.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in UI design, with a strong focus on design systems.
Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD).
Strong grasp of typography, colour theory, interaction design, and accessibility best practices.
Hands-on experience in creating micro-animations and motion design for UI elements.
Understanding of the entire UX lifecycle, from research to final implementation.
Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with developers.
Obsessive attention to detail and a passion for crafting beautiful, intuitive interfaces.
