Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Transaction Monitoring operations across multiple jurisdictions and business lines.
- Oversee alert generation, alert reviews, investigations, case management, and SAR/STR recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with global AML, CTF, sanctions, and financial crime regulations.
- Drive operational excellence by meeting SLA, quality, productivity, and risk objectives.
- Lead regulatory examinations, internal and external audits, and strengthen governance frameworks.
- Drive transformation initiatives through automation, AI/ML, process optimization, and data analytics.
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Technology, Operations, and senior business stakeholders globally.
- Lead and develop large global teams while driving talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Own governance, workforce planning, operational resilience, vendor management, budgeting, and performance management.
What We're Looking For 1520+ years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance, AML Operations, or Banking Operations.
810+ years of leadership experience managing large Transaction Monitoring or Financial Crime Operations teams.
Proven experience managing global operations within a multinational bank or Financial Services GCC.
