Job Description

Overview

You will be working as a Relationship Manager at TresVista, responsible for fostering strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities. Your main responsibilities will include: - **Client Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction. - **Strategic Oversight:** Provide strategic oversight on deliverables to ensure high-quality execution and alignment with client expectations. - **Business Growth:** Identify opportunities for business growth and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. - **Problem Solving:** Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively to maintain high client satisfaction levels. - **Feedback and Improvement:** Gather feedback from clients to enhance client-specific training manuals and processes for continuous improvement. - **Team Direction:** Provide guidance to TresVista delivery teams assigned to clients, ensuring alignment with client objectives. - **Strategic Contributions:** Lead or participate in special commercial projects, offer training, and insights into specific initiatives. - **Guidance and Coaching:** Mentor Junior RMs, Senior Sales Development Associates (SSDAs), and Sales Development Associates (SDAs) in the team. Your key performance indicators will include increasing the Annual Contract Value Added (ACVA), developing clear account plans, expanding client engagements, ensuring high client satisfaction levels, minimizing client engagement attrition, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. **Prerequisites:** - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. - Understanding of financial markets like Private Equity, Secondaries, LP, GP, Public/Private Credit. - Analytical skills for client portfolio analysis and identifying gaps or opportunities. - Strategic planning to align client goals with financial products and services. - Familiarity with AI and how it tailors product offerings based on client behavior. **Experience:** - 10-15 years of experience in managing global accounts, preferably in Financial Services or Consulting. **Education:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - An MBA or equivalent is preferred. The compensation structure will be as per industry standards.
