About the Role Were looking for a Visual designer who can bring smart, compelling visual ideas to life across campaigns, digital, print, and retail. Someone whos hands-on with craft, has a strong design point of view, and can balance consistency with creativity across everything the brand puts out. In this role, you will: Design visual assets across marketing campaigns, website, social, print, packaging, and retail.
Work closely with writers, marketers, and the creative lead to bring concepts to life with clarity and polish. Own the visual execution of assigned projectsfrom layout to typography to production-ready files. Contribute to campaign ideas and actively participate in creative reviews.
Translate creative direction and briefs into effective, on-brand design outcomes. Maintain consistency across formats while pushing for originality and fresh design thinking. Keep up to speed with design trends, tools, and techniques.
Who you are: A strong designer with experience working across branding, marketing, and content design. Has worked on campaign rollouts across digital, print, and retail formats. Deep understanding of typography, layout, colour, and composition. Detail-oriented and highly organised, able to manage timelines and multiple deliverables. Comfortable working solo or as part of a larger team. Has good instincts, taste, and a bias for clarity and quality.
