Accountabilities
Build trust and provide service that exceeds client expectations.
Conduct need-based analysis for personalized financial recommendations.
Convert strategy-only clients into full wealth management relationships.
Generate referrals to support continued business growth.
Manage and maintain high-quality client relationships effectively.
Prepare and conduct annual client reviews alongside the investment team.
Collaborate on joint sales calls and prepare proposals.
Ensure comprehensive communication with clients throughout the engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
Minimum of 6 years experience in the financial services industry.
FINRA Series 65 certification required.
Deep knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of functioning independently.
Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
Preferred credentials: CFP, CFA or CIMA.
Familiarity with financial planning software like eMoney.
