Senior Wealth Manager/ Consultant

Role Overview We are hiring a high-performing Wealth Manager with strong HNI acquisition capability in Pune. This is NOT a pure servicing role. The candidate must have proven experience in independent client acquisition and fresh AUM mobilization. Key Responsibilities Independently acquire HNI / Ultra HNI clients Drive fresh AUM mobilization through self-sourcing & referrals Provide advisory across MF, PMS, AIF, Bonds & Direct Equity Conduct goal-based planning & asset allocation Maintain long-term advisory relationships Ensure SEBI / AMFI compliance Mandatory Criteria (Profiles without this may not be shortlisted) 5+ years in Private Wealth / Wealth Management Proven AUM mobilization track record Strong Pune HNI network AMFI Certified Compensation Competitive fixed + high performance incentives Leadership growth opportunity .
