Oversee daily operations of mutual fund, AIF, and Gift City fund distribution, ensuring compliance with SEBI/AMFI regulations.
Develop and execute business growth strategies to acquire new clients for corporates, HNIs, SMEs, and retail through partner networks.
Lead client portfolio management, providing financial advice on asset allocation, risk management, and investment reviews.
Build and maintain high-net-worth relationships, coordinating with internal teams for wealth planning and cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor performance metrics, manage team operations, and ensure adherence to risk policies while expanding AUM.
Manage and supervise a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
Proven track record in Eastern India markets and digital platforms.
AMFI certification for MFDs is preferred.
Strong knowledge of wealth management products and services, including mutual funds and AIFs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to provide sound financial advice.
An MBA in Finance is preferred.
