Responsible for day-to-day tasks and projects relating to the NT-based Servers globally. Will work closely with core systems group to solve problems. Proactively attack issues and special projects as assigned by lead/ manager.
Responsible for managing enterprise level, business critical servers for a variety of applications in 99% up-time configurations. Oversee day-to-day maintenance and engage in problem solving of daily NT related issues.
Support programming and maintenance teams through technical short and long term projects as assigned by the lead/manager. Train IS staff on new technologies (software & hardware) that directly affect their job. Provide individual training to technicians as needed. Diagnose and tune systems on an ongoing basis; Implement monitoring tools to gauge systems' health.
