01Key Responsibilities
Windows Server Administration: Perform full-lifecycle administration of Windows Server operating systems (installation, advanced configuration, core upgrades, and structural maintenance)
Active Directory & Core Services: Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and identity/access management workflows
Security & Compliance Hardening: Execute OS-level vulnerability remediations, close VA/PT findings within strict timelines, and harden Windows servers according to the Bank s Secure Configuration Document (SCD)
Patch Management: Maintain patch repositories, orchestrate WSUS/system updates, and deploy critical security definitions to prevent operational threats
Capacity & Performance: Actively monitor compute, memory, and storage metrics to ensure the server infrastructure utilization remains comfortably below 70%
Incident & DR Management: Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting for system bottlenecks or service crashes, run root-cause analysis (RCA), and lead Windows-level Disaster Recovery (DR) drills
Technical Skillset Required:
Expertise in Windows Server platforms (Enterprise editions)
Deep understanding of Active Directory, GPOs, Hyper-V/VMware virtualization, and PowerShell scripting for system automation
Familiarity with deployment automation pipelines (Jenkins) integrated into Windows environments
