Youll work closely with the Project Manager, offshore leads, and key stakeholders to drive quality outcomes without being tied to day-to-day configuration. But when things get complex, you're not afraid to dive in, problem-solve, and lead by example. This is a role for someone who loves owning the big picture while staying close enough to the details to make a real impact.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead the end-to-end coordination of Workday functional workstreams across the program lifecycle.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure business needs are accurately reflected in functional designs and processes.
- Work alongside the Project Manager to maintain project health, ensure timely delivery, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
- Guide offshore and onshore team members on delivery expectations, blockers, and best practices youre their go-to sounding board.
- Review key deliverables for consistency, completeness, and quality, raising red flags before they become issues.
- Facilitate design reviews, testing plans, and process validation to ensure scalable, user-centric outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor when challenges arise whether its navigating scope decisions or validating a proposed solution.
- Step in when needed to help clarify requirements, align priorities, or unblock delivery you're not just a leader, you're a team player.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- 612+
years of experience in Workday implementation, with hands-on
exposure to functional modules
- Strong
understanding of Workday Finance
- Experience
leading and managing offshore delivery teams,
on complex transformation projects. .
