01Overview
NOTE - This opportunity will be a Hybrid (a permanent night shift)
Shift Timings - IST 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
Role & responsibilities
Provide Level 1 support for Avature and related ATS/HRIS platforms.
Resolve user queries, troubleshoot issues, and manage tickets within SLA timelines.
Support recruiters, hiring teams, and end users with system navigation and hiring workflows.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and technical teams for escalations and issue resolution.
Maintain support documentation, reporting metrics, and contribute to system/process improvements.
Preferred candidate profile
Must be comfortable working in Night Shifts
Excellent Communication skills
ATS Support, HRIS, Helpdesk Support, Troubleshooting, Ticket Management, Recruitment Process Knowledge, MS Excel, Communication Skills, Stakeholder Coordination
