Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined BE/B.Tech graduates to join our International Service Desk team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who possess basic technical troubleshooting skills and are looking to build a career in IT Infrastructure Support.

The role involves providing L1 technical support to international customers through voice support while ensuring timely resolution of technical issues using industry-standard ticketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level-1 technical support to international customers through voice calls.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Office 365 related issues.
• Log, track, update, and resolve incidents using ticketing tools.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support teams.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams for faster issue resolution.
• Create and update knowledge base documentation.
• Suggest process improvements based on recurring issues and customer feedback.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Technical Support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Basic understanding of Windows Operating System.
• Familiarity with Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.) is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

• Freshers are eligible.
• 2026 pass-outs are not eligible.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Location: Mysore, Karnataka
