Company Prasa Infocom Power Solutions Pvt Ltd Location Bangalore Experience 3-6 Years Industry Datacenters Critical Infrastructure Electrical Mechanical Systems Facility Operations Position Type Full-Time Multi-Site Role Salary Open for dicsussion Role Overview Prasa Infocom Power Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and self-driven Service Engineer - Datacenter Operations to manage the operation maintenance vendor coordination and service delivery across multiple datacenter sites in Bangalore This role requires strong technical expertise excellent customer-handling capabilities and the ability to manage operations across multiple locations efficiently Key Responsibilities Multi-Site Datacenter Operations Manage day-to-day operations across multiple datacenters within Bangalore Ensure uniform adherence to SOPs safety guidelines and operational standards across all sites Coordinate regular site visits health checks and incident response Operations Maintenance Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of DC infrastructure UPS Batteries PAC CRAC PDU DG LT Panels Fire Systems IBMS etc Monitor critical equipment parameters and respond to alarms and incidents across sites Troubleshoot faults and ensure maximum uptime Site Vendor Management Coordinate with OEMs and third-party vendors for service calls repairs and breakdown support Supervise vendor activities at all sites ensuring compliance with scope SLA and safety norms Validate vendor work materials and service reports Customer Handling Service Delivery Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers across multiple facilities Provide timely communication service updates and incident reports Support client audits technical walkthroughs and performance reviews Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and proactive service AMC Contract Renewals Track and manage AMC schedules for all assets across sites UPS PAC fire systems electrical systems etc Coordinate AMC renewals with internal teams and clients Maintain vendor SLA performance and AMC documentation Documentation Compliance Maintain logs checklists equipment history and service records for each site Support ISO audits internal quality checks and compliance requirements Ensure proper escalation and closure of incidents across all sites Qualifications Experience Diploma BE B Tech in Electrical Electronics Mechanical Mechatronics or related fields 3-6 years of experience in datacenter operations critical facility operations or service engineering Experience managing multiple datacenter critical facility sites is a strong advantage Hands-on expertise with UPS systems batteries Precision cooling PAC CRAC LT panels DG PDU switchgear Fire detection suppression IBMS automation systems Strong troubleshooting vendor management and client coordination skills Ability to work independently travel between sites and handle pressure situations Preferred Skills Exposure to AMC management renewal processes Certifications like CDCP CDCS OEM trainings or safety certifications Why Join Prasa Work with a leading Datacenter Critical Infrastructure solutions provider Opportunity to manage multiple high-standard datacenters Solid career growth in the rapidly expanding datacenter industry Exposure to advanced technologies and enterprise-grade systems How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to share their updated profiles at hr prasa-pl com OR Call us on 918806667041 OR click on the Apply Now button Join us and be a part of a dynamic organization committed to excellence and integrity Apply Now .
