Installation, commissioning, and aftersales service for packaging machinesDiagnosis and resolution of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLCrelated issuesExecution of preventive maintenance in accordance with GMP standardsTraining customer teams in operation, format changes, and troubleshootingPreparation of service reports, calibration documents, and IQ/OQ/PQ documentationCompliance with all GMP, safety, and regulatory requirementsSpare parts management and maintenance of service history in CRM/QMSSupport of defined key accounts and monitoring of ongoing customer projectsExtensive travel within India and occasional international travel (up to 45 weeks at a time)
Unbox your assets - Your profile
Bachelors degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical) and 26 years of experience in technical service, ideally with blister, cartoning, or endofline systemsStrong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills, plus experience with PLC, HMI, and pharmaceutical packaging machineryGood communication and documentation skills, and confident work according to GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and IQ/OQ/PQ standardsProficient in CRM, Jira, SAP, and MS OfficeHigh willingness to travel within India and occasionally internationallyStrong customer orientation, ownership mindset, and enthusiasm for teamwork in the service department
