Service Information Developer-1

Develop Service information for delivery via the Service Information System (SIS) to dealers and customers worldwide for servicing Caterpillar Machines.Utilize the ACM (Advanced content management) system and graphics tools to develop Service Information and graphics supporting New Product Introductions (NPI) and regular Engineering changes.Perform complex research of engineering information using 3D Models in Vismockup/Creo/ICIDO, PRWB and SIS2.0 and collaborate with Product groups and Engineering teams globally for service information content development.Ensure all service information is created accurately, participate in process improvement efforts and follow authoring standards.
