01Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB to align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform integrations with external systems using web services, APIs, and other integration methods.
- Create and maintain documentation, including system architecture, technical designs, and configuration guides.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality and configurations.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve the platform and enhance its capabilities.
- Participate in the testing, deployment, and validation of ServiceNow upgrades and patches.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to promote skill development within the team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Administrator and Developer.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow administration, including configuration, customization, and scripting.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration techniques and technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are preferred.
- Experience with ITIL practice .
