Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow Architect based in Chennai. The ServiceNow Architect will be charged with designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, developing and documenting technical specifications, ensuring best practices, and supporting the deployment and optimization of ServiceNow modules to enhance operational efficiency. The role also involves identifying opportunities for solution improvements and ensuring integrations with existing systems are seamless.
Qualifications
Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and developmentProficiency in designing and implementing ServiceNow modules and applicationsExpertise in integration methods, such as REST APIs and SOAP APIsFamiliarity with scripting languages like JavaScript and knowledge of data structuresStrong capabilities in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM)Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address functional and technical requirementsExperience in stakeholder communication and documentation of technical specificationsPreferred: ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Implementation SpecialistBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .
