01Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications, workflows, and customizations on the ServiceNow platform.Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.Write and debug JavaScript code in the form of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.Integrate ServiceNow with other internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.Maintain coding standards and best practices to ensure code is clean, reusable, and scalable. .
