Ensure alignment on design, requirements and deliverables with senior developers, architects, and stakeholders.
Track your deliverables, project priorities, follow all project hygiene required for smooth running of the project.
Proactively configure, monitor and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
Take the initiative to address the larger technical needs of the platform and always keep the customer at the center of everything you do.
Have a 'can do' attitude and act proactively, not just reactively.
Solve business problems, work cross-functionally, and lead initiatives to improve our colleague's user experience within Booking Holdings and their child brands.
Contribute to the growth of Booking Holdings and their child brands by proactively sharing your knowledge to help your colleagues grow.

Create artefacts, demonstrations that will help in implementation, rollout and training.
Essential skills:
4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform delivery, support, maintenance and implementations.
Experience administering multiple modules in ServiceNow in large enterprises: Team player and fluent in the English language (both spoken and written).
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum
You have sufficient knowledge to advise product teams towards a technical solution that meets the functional, nonfunctional & architectural requirements by challenging the rationale for an application design and providing context in the wider architectural landscape
You have programming skills and experience with strong server-side and client side javascript.
Understanding of integrating SaaS with on-premise applications.
Having experience in at least 2 modules in ServiceNow such as ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, CSDM/CMDB, WSD with implementation specialist certification
. Solution-driven attitude.
Can proactively identify gaps and potential improvements to existing modules of the platform and act as a driver for change, actively pursuing product enhancements.
