**Service now developer** Pan India Contract Hybrid --- **About the Role** The ServiceNow Developer role involves developing and customizing the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and other web-based scripting. The successful candidate will work on implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules, creating and maintaining business rules, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project implementation. The role requires a strong understanding of ITIL framework and ServiceNow development. --- **Key Responsibilities** - Develop Client Side and Server Side Scripting, including Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, and Script Includes - Utilize Client & Server API's, such as GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, and GlideRecord - Perform Administration tasks, including Reporting Email Notifications, Creating/Editing Home pages, and Personalizing Forms - Apply HTML/CSS/AJAX knowledge to develop and customize the ServiceNow platform - Debug and troubleshoot ACL issues - Implement Transformation MAP, Scheduler, and Connection with another database/instance - Set up and configure MID Server and Update set migration - Create and maintain security access using ACLs via advanced scripts, roles, and conditions - Effectively utilize multiple, complex UI policies - Create, maintain, and troubleshoot complex workflows - Establish complex internal and external / third-party integrations --- **Requirements** - At least 3-5 years of experience developing in ServiceNow with Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, UI Policies, Workflows, and SLAs - Experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, and Service Catalog - Experience with Asset, CMDB, Orchestration, and Service Watch - Experience with Customer Service module and Performance Analytics - Experience with Scripted Web Service or Direct Web Services, including Rest and SOAP APIs - Experience with Agile SCRUM and SAFe Methodologies --- **Good to Have** - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification --- **What We Offer** No information available .
