We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented engineer to join our India Field Service team in Bangalore
What youll do
Manage warehouse operations: stock control, picking, packing, dispatch, and courier coordination
Support service case administration and maintain accurate records of service calls
Work with Service Manager to schedule service visits and breakdown repairs
Ensure accurate service documentation and timely communication with admin team
What were looking for
B.E/B.Tech in Engineering or related technical field with 4+ years experience
Hands-on experience with scientific instruments, repair & maintenance
Strong organization, communication, and customer-focused mindset
Proficiency in reporting tools/CRM is an advantage
