Job Summary: Service Operations Engineer III
We are seeking a highly skilled MMS Engineer with min 5-7+ years of relevant experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of core mms messaging platform and managing our daily MMS tasks with
extensive hands-on experience with MM7 and MM4 interfaces.
This role involves ensuring the high availability, scalability, and reliability of MMS services. The engineer will work closely with vendors, carrier operations and internal teams to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize message routing, and roll out new messaging features and services.
This role requires a solid background in provisioning, troubleshooting, programming, deployment, testing etc, with an added advantage of experience in AI technologies. The candidate must be flexible to work across different time zones to collaborate with stakeholders in the AU and US regions.
Key Responsibilities include:
Handle MMS Operations
Handle daily MMS tasks, including provisioning, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of our MMS services.
Interface Management
Work extensively with MM7 and MM4 interfaces, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues.
Provide technical expertise by utilizing your programming skill .
