Position: ALPHA (Store Associate)
As an ALPHA, youll be trained and empowered to:
- Prepare specialty coffee and beverages through our Barista Training Program.
- Scoop and serve premium artisan ice cream and signature desserts.
- Interact with customers and deliver exceptional service.
- Handle billing and POS operations.
- Maintain store hygiene, quality standards, and operational excellence.
- Work as part of a fast-paced, energetic team.
Who Were Looking For
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in cafs, QSRs, restaurants, retail, or hospitality are encouraged to apply.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for food, coffee, and creating great customer experiences.
