Implement and configure AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
Configure Next Experience, UI Builder, and contemporary ServiceNow workspaces.
Deliver portal modernization initiatives to improve user experience and self-service.
Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and ServiceNow automation capabilities.
Implement AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Search, or Virtual Agent.
Develop integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and third-party systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Skills:
612 years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow implementation.
Hands-on experience with Next Experience, UI Builder, and portal modernization.
Experience with Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, or other AI capabilities in ServiceNow.
Robust knowledge of Flow Designer, Workflow Automation, Integration Hub, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Experience with ITSM, CSM, or custom ServiceNow applications.
