01Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow
solutions to meet client requirements - Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Create technical design documents and present solutions to
stakeholders - Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and
modules - Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow -
Provide guidance and support to junior developers and team members
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and
functionalities and make recommendations for their implementation -
Ensure the security, availability, and performance of ServiceNow
solutions Qualifications: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in
ServiceNow development and architecture - Strong understanding of
ITIL processes and best practices - Experience with ServiceNow
ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules - Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS,
and other web technologies - Familiarity with REST and SOAP web
services - Experience with ServiceNow scripting and customization -
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills -
Ability to work independently and in a team environment -
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment -
