01Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities using Google Gemini(preferred) or other Generative AI/LLMs. Develop and integrate backend services, APIs, and automation solutions using Python. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST APIs and industry best practices. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance while following secure coding and development standards. Required Skills: Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform customization. Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLMs, such as Google Gemini or comparable AI platforms, including prompt engineering and AI integration. * GenAI knowledge would be an added advantage. Working knowledge of Python for application development, automation, and API integration. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Git, and CI/CD practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
